If for any reason the Buyer is dissatisfied with any Goods from our generic stock range purchased from Paper Panda (which excludes custom made/made to order Goods), the Buyer may return their order for a full refund (excluding postage costs) up to 14 days after receipt of the Goods, under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Custom made/made to order Goods cannot be replaced unless faulty, as these are not covered under the Distance Selling Regulations (so therefore do not have a cooling off period once payment has been made). Refunds are only available on custom/made to order goods if they are faulty.
When returning Goods, the Buyer must inform Paper Panda of their decision by either post or email. Goods must be returned to Paper Panda in the same condition that they were sent, within 14 days of receipt.
The Buyer will be responsible for any Goods that have been damaged in transit when being returned, so must ensure that the Goods are well packaged to avoid this.
If a fault is found with the Goods that is the responsibility of Paper Panda, please contact Paper Panda prior to returning and we will arrange return details with you. Once received, the Goods will be replaced at cost to Paper Panda or a full refund will be offered.
Refunds can only be made back to the same payment method that has been used to purchase the Goods. We are unable to refund money into another name or account.
Papercuts must be kept away from heat sources, or over time your papercut may slip within the frame. Papercuts are very delicate and care should be taken when displaying and handling. Returns are not accepted after 1 year due to slippage.
